Тhe Labor Management Procedures (LMP) have been prepared for the Tourism and Regional Infrastructure Project to set out the principles and procedures governing the management of labor and working conditions throughout project implementation. The LMP is aligned with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the World Bank Environmental and Social Standard 2 : Labor and Working Conditions. It applies to all categories of project workers engaged under Project.
The Resettlement Framework outlines the principles and procedures that will guide the management of land acquisition, restrictions on land use, and potential involuntary resettlement impacts under Tourism and Regional Infrastructure Project. It is aligned with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and the World Bank Environmental and Social Standard 5. The RF ensures that affected persons receive fair compensation and assistance to restore livelihoods, and provides for stakeholder consultation, public disclosure, grievance redress, and monitoring, with site-specific Resettlement Plans prepared and implemented as required.
Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP) sets out ES measures and actions that shall be carried out or cause to be carried out under the Project, including, as applicable, their respective timeframes; institutional, staffing, training, monitoring and reporting arrangements; and grievance management. The ESCP also sets out the environmental and social documents that shall be prepared or updated, consulted, disclosed and implemented under the Project, consistent with the ESSs, in form and substance acceptable to the Bank.
The Environmental and Social Management Framework for the TRIP is a comprehensive instrument designed to ensure that E&S considerations are systematically integrated into the planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of the Project. This framework is aligned with the World Bank's Environmental and Social Framework and the relevant national regulations. By implementing this ESMF, the TRIP aims to achieve sustainable development outcomes that are environmentally sound and socially inclusive, thereby contributing to the overall well-being of the communities involved.

Resettlement Framework document has been developed to establish terms of agreement between relevant authorities in the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the World Bank regarding principles and procedures to be used in subsequent preparation of Resettlement Plans in framework of TRIP.
